This is the end, my only friend, the end...

A few months ago, I made a decision that I would avoid Theresa since I still had feelings for her and the likelihood of them being reciprocated was about 1/infinity. Today, she IMed me and I told her that I still loved her, it was probably not going to change anytime soon, and I therefore had been avoiding her and that our friendship should probably end since I hate the way she makes me feel. I really wish it could've been different, but if wishes were horses, we'd all be eating steak.
